Here are Mallory and Bryan with Marissa. She is the family hot potato now! Poor baby, everyone wants a piece of her! She is really a trooper and so are her parents. Josh and Ron Josh was a little uncertain of the Santa man. He at first was not even going to wait in line without a fuss. When all the cousins were in line and not panicking, and the idolized older brother was nearby he decided it might be ok. He would not sit on the big guy's lap, but he did stand nearby. with me. It was just as well, the girls had so much to talk about! I think I have been in santa pictures with our kids about...4 times now. (each of the kids at one time or another has needed moral support or mommy support)
Lynn taking in the sights.
Mallory was so cute. She waited so long for her turn to hold the little girly, and she felt like such a big girly. Marissa was happy with Mal, and that was the best part.
Josh cutting the rug with a fellow guest at breakfast with santa. They had a 2 piece band set up playng Christmas tunes as you can see from the pics, the cousins set up their own dance floor. Josh loves music and dancing. He was out there the whole time. He and this little girl really had a a lot of fun.
Mallory with her birthday pie! She had a great birthday, and is a big 6 year old now!
We had a popcorn stringing tree trimming night last week. Josh did his own stringing. the pretzels don't require a needle, and as you can see, he was proud of his work. He keeps going to the tree and pointing out the string of prezels saying "see?" and smiling a huge smile.
We go every year to a tree farm in Chelsea. We have a lot of fun tailgating and cutting down our tree. The resolve Josh showed as we bundled him up and took him on what must seem like a crazy mission to the uninitiated, was remarkable. He was not so sure when we were heading out, but quickly got into the spirit of the thing. He really wanted to help carry the tree... you guessed it! just like the other kids. We got a beautiful tree, and had a great time.

This cross stitch comes with a story. My aunt has made cross stitch for each of her grand nieces and nephews with their names. She designed this one especially for Josh. She did his chinese name, Ji Lu Feng. The characters are in gold, and it is really cool. Yeah Kim. I don't know how impressed Josh was, I know how much it means to me!

Josh likes to dance shirtless with his sisters. He thinks this is great fun. As you can see from the next picture he likes being free and easy.
Showing off his new winter boots. I think you better add
some pants before you venture into the snow little man.
Here is Finn and his nemisis. They sat like this for about 15 minutes.
I guess it's the little things in life that amuse me.
So you guessed it. I just figured out how to get the pictures rotated on this site. I am definately not a techo genius.
Brotherly love
Daddy Daughter dance. Erin was all over it.Ron was too.
Aren't they cute.
Josh in the kitchen cracking himself up!
Erin outside in the sun.
Josh and Mallory playing airplane at Bryan's soccer game Well here is the new narrative. We are switching from the site we started when we brought Joshua home, and continuing on with our story.
We have had a very active and healthy fall. Josh has a constant runny nose, but very little beyond that. He is really feeling great, and we have really settled in over the last month or so as a family. Things are now a much more controlled chaos. At least the basics of keeping track of these 4 are becoming more natural. Ron and I are actually doing something with any given day beyond not losing anyone and making dinner. Our kitchen is a constant gathering place, and a barrage of school papers, permission slips, homework assignments, coupons, mail.... It is in a constant state of disorder. We have a system, so usually things don't get thrown away before their time, and we don't miss many assignments or meetings. Ok, so there was that one soccer snack incident... we do the best we can.
We are getting ready for Thanksgiving and then 2 birthdays and then Christmas! Wow
